We are looking for someone who has a passion for designing, implementing, and supporting ICT infrastructure and communication systemsThe Role:Design, implement, and manage the organization’s ICT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization.Ensure optimal performance, stability, and scalability of all ICT infrastructure components.Perform regular system monitoring, maintenance, and backups to ensure data integrity and availability.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.Implement and manage robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's digital assets.Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, intrusions, and other anomalies.Respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents, conducting thorough investigations and analyses.Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring the organization’s defenses are up to date.Plan and execute upgrades to hardware and software components, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Manage the lifecycle of ICT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s communication systems, ensuring seamless connectivity.Ensure the reliability and performance of WAN, LAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks.Monitor cybersecurity systems continuously to detect and respond to threats in real-time.Assist in the implementation and configuration of cybersecurity monitoring solutions to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.Maintain and monitor Wi-Fi networks and email systems to ensure secure and reliable communication channels.Participate in the development and implementation of ICT and cybersecurity policies and standards.Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in ICT and cybersecurity, applying this knowledge to enhance the organization’s capabilities.Perform other duties as assigned by the ICT Manager to support the overall goals of the ICT departmentYour Credentials:Technical Diploma and/or Tertiary Education in Information Technology/Systems or Computer Science (Essential).Certification and/or Training in relevant ICT industry technologies such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco or similar.Demonstrated ability to apply ICT solutions in solving business problems.What's on offer:Great team culture with room to growExcellent salary and perksFulltime opportunity within a thriving mining organisationLocation: Osborne Park, WAReady to Join?
