Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget.Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives.What we’ll need from you: Proven post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and HitachiExperienced Supervisor / Leading hand looking to step up.Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade QualificationHigh level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principlesStrong communication skills with a focus on team and company cultureHold a current Australian Driver's License (HR is preferable) High risk licence (is preferable) but we also offer in-house trainingIf you you have the experience please reach out directly for a catch up regarding this role!
