Do you have a good few years experience as a Maintenance Admin within the mining industry and your ready to bring your skills to the table? Or are you a highly skilled administrator with translatable skills and experience?

Overview of Key Responsibilities:
- Opening work orders / events & closing work orders / events
- Entering the pre-starts into GP for Site
- Entering timesheets into GP for site
- Updating the roster and mobilisation's
- Ordering through Workplace and Westrac
- Fuel register – maintain and update
- Emails – keeping up to day and responding in a good timeframe
- Health and Safety statistic updates
- Back charge register
- Filing and adhoc Duties
- Prepare work packs
- Receipt purchase orders
- Run weekly/daily reports as required by sites
- Other duties as delegated by Maintenance Superintendent
What you’ll need:
- Strong Administration skills
- To be adaptable and flow with tasks as they arise
- Good communication and commitment to work
- Relevant qualification / Career experience.
