Emeco Group are looking for a Health Safety Environment & Training Advisor in the Northern Goldfields region to join our expanding team. This role will be supporting our crew at Orelia Mine Site. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with our HSET team in Perth to ensure safety initiatives, including training development and documentation, are executed effectively. Responsibilities include:Educating and implementing organisational policies and proceduresLeading incident investigations and providing timely reporting on HSE metrics.Conducting inspections, audits, and delivering HSE training programsDeveloping and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersPromoting a positive safety cultureCoach and train all levels of the organisation on HSET activitiesAssist with implementation of safety related systems and software packages.Review and development of project and task specific risk assessmentsEnsure safety and training records are maintained to a high levelMonitor compliance through audits and inspections.Assist in managing worker’s compensation processDevelop and deliver training packages.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and training standards.Support development and maintenance of HSE policies and procedure.About you:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsSolutions-focused attitude with a willingness to support operations.Excellent time management and attention to detailAbility to accommodate regular travel.Requirements/Qualifications:Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & SafetyCertificate IV in Training & Assessment (minimum TAE40116)Certification in workplace auditing (Preferred)Certification in incident investigation (ICAM preferred)Previous experience in a similar role including training and assessment of operating heavy mobile equipmentSkills and Experience:Technical competencies in HS&E, legislative requirements, and change management.Extensive knowledge and experience in HSE Strong understanding of legislative requirementsProven ability to drive cultural change.Proficiency in MS Office and HSET management systemsWhat we offer:Competitive remuneration packageSupportive team environmentOpportunities for career growthIf this role looks like your next challenge contact Rhi on 0408 881 227 or email your cv to rhiannon.filer@emecogroup.com AUDPerth6000
