Heavy Diesel Fitter - Newlands
Emeco are now accepting applications for an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our highly skilled and adaptive maintenance team located at Newlands mine site. Located in the Bowen Basin of Central Queensland.

Our Fleet On-Site:
- At Emeco our fleet consists of mostly CAT open cut equipment
- We also have other brands we maintain depending on the contract
- Opportunity for our equipment rental contracts to keep expanding
- Supply of mobile plant and maintenance is what we do
What we’ll need from you:
- Australian recognised trade certificate
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
- Extensive Mine site exposure and experience completing break down works, troubleshooting and diagnostics, general servicing, and component change outs across a variety of OEM equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr and Hitachi Equipment).
- Current Australian driver’s license (mandatory)
- National Police Clearance or able to obtain one
