We are looking for someone who has a comprehensive understanding of system consolidation along with system functionality evaluation, design and testing.The Role:Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements​.Modelling current and future business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.Identifying issues, risks and benefits of proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.Liaise with various business units in determining whether their requirements can be met with the proposed solution;Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.Responsible for delivering quality ERP change, through analysis, planning, creation and execution of User Acceptance Test cases.Coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing across D365 modules.Provide report writing and form design for finance and supply chain with D365 and PowerBIWork closely with the implementation partner to develop the new systems solution.Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.Assists in the development and delivery of training to key stakeholders and end users.Your Credentials:Previous involvement in a greenfield implementation of an enterprise ERP system such as D365, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Pronto.5 years plus experience in a business analyst or business systems management role, with system implementation projects and project methodologies.Proven experience in business process improvements particularly through the application of technology.Experience with report writing in PowerBI.Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise, consult, negotiate and influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.What's on offer:Great team culture with room to growExcellent salary and perksFulltime opportunity within a thriving mining organisationLocation: PerthReady to Join?
