We’re seeking a Site Maintenance Administrator to be the backbone of our admin function on the Vickery Project. If you’re highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced site environment, this could be your next move.
About the Role
Supporting a high-performing heavy earthmoving rental and maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and closing work orders and tracking equipment downtime
- Updating and maintaining rosters
- Managing purchase orders and resolving invoice queries
- Maintaining registers (equipment, back charges, etc.)
- Preparing work packs for site teams
- Capturing and entering HSE information into systems
- Providing general administrative support as required
