We’re on the lookout for a Site Maintenance Administrator to become the backbone of our admin team for the Maules Creek Project. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly and love being in the middle of the action — we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be our go-to admin guru, supporting a top-tier heavy earthmoving rental and maintenance team. Your day will be filled with a mix of key tasks such as:
- Opening/closing work orders and tracking equipment downtime
- Updating and maintaining rosters
- Managing purchase orders and resolving invoice queries
- Keeping registers (like equipment and back charges) up to date
- Preparing work packs for our site teams
- Capturing HSE info and ensuring it’s logged into the system
- Jumping in on general admin tasks that keep the wheels turning
