We’re on the lookout for a confident Administrator to join our friendly crew at Poitrel. In this role, you’ll be the go-to admin guru, supporting our world-class heavy earthmoving rental fleet and the maintenance professionals who keep everything running.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be right in the action, keeping things moving behind the scenes:
- Opening & closing work orders + tracking equipment downtime
- Keeping rosters updated and on point
- Raising & receipting purchase orders, resolving invoice queries
- Maintaining registers (equipment, back charges, you name it)
- Pulling together work packs for site teams
- Capturing HSE data accurately in our systems
- Jumping in with general admin support wherever needed
