What your day will look like: 

• Carry out routine greasing, refuelling and basic equipment inspections in accordance with company and site procedures.

• Maintain accurate fuel/lubricant records and machine hours on all Equipment.

• Assist with ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco’s heavy earthmoving fleet.

• Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others.

• Provide support to Tradesman, Heavy Diesel Technicians and Auto Electricians to ensure all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget.

• Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives.

What we’ll need from you:

• Must hold a valid HR drivers' licence (mandatory) 

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Serviceperson or equivalent role on a mine site (mandatory) 

• Exposure conducting service and maintenance requirements throughout OEM suppliers, including but not limited to: CAT, Hitachi, and Liebherr.

• Licence to conduct high risk work with dogging, rigging, crane and work platform classifications desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and provide a current National Police Check.
