About the Role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Advertise roles across multiple platforms, including SEEK.
- Complete resume screening based on capability and experience.
- Use sound judgement when interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Conduct interviews both face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams.
- Deliver recruitment campaigns tailored to hiring manager needs and timeframes.
- Work closely with the Mobilisation Coordinator to ensure smooth, efficient pre-employment processes.

- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities across a large vacancy portfolio.
- Previous recruitment experience is essential—ideally within mining, heavy machinery, or blue-collar industries.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
- A strong communicator with a solutions-focused, proactive approach.
