What You’ll Do
- Keep things moving by managing work orders, labour invoicing, and reporting
- Handle maintenance docs, reporting, and cost tracking like a pro
- Coordinate with planners, vendors, and supply teams to keep equipment running
- Ensure the smooth flow of materials, work packs, and fleet info across regions
- Contribute to a safety-first culture and compliance with all procedures
What You Bring
- Admin experience, ideally in heavy industry or mining
- Strong Excel & ERP/CMMS system skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking ability
- A proactive mindset and solid communication skills
- Detail-driven, deadline-oriented, and ready to tackle challenges head-on
