What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinating workforce mobilisations across our business.
  • Managing employee onboarding, medicals, inductions and site access requirements
  • Maintaining compliance records, licences, competencies and training documentation
  • Monitoring and updating employee records across various systems
  • Raising purchase orders and managing associated administration
  • Coordinating PPE requirements and deliveries
  • Building strong relationships with employees, site leaders and external providers
  • Ensuring our people are site-ready and compliant every step of the way
What You'll Bring
  • Previous mobilisation, onboarding or workforce coordination experience within mining, resources or a related industry
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Order 45 and Qld Coal Medical monitoring experience advantageous.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
