Are you passionate about driving reliability and improving asset performance? We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Systems and Planning Specialist to join our team. This role blends hands-on maintenance planning with system administration, providing the opportunity to make a real impact across operations.
What you’ll be doing
Maintenance Planning & Reliability
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to support efficient maintenance.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to reduce downtime, optimize workflows, and improve asset utilization.
- Conduct regular reviews of maintenance plans to ensure compliance with standards.
CMMS Administration & System Management
- Administer and configure the CMMS to ensure accurate, up-to-date asset and maintenance data.
- Manage user access, security settings, and maintain system integrity.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules, asset hierarchies, and reporting dashboards.
- Troubleshoot issues, plan upgrades, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, HR, CRM, EAM).
Technical Support & Integration
- Provide technical support for business applications connected to maintenance and asset management.
- Use SQL skills for reporting, data quality checks, and performance analysis.
- Support integration projects and system enhancements.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure maintenance activities meet safety, engineering, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimisation.
- Participate in audits and contribute to engineering and maintenance standards.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in maintenance planning and/or CMMS administration.
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS (e.g., Pronto, SAP, or similar).
- SQL or database skills for reporting and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
