Maintenance Manager
At Emeco, we’re driven by performance — and our people make it happen. We’re seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee our fleet maintenance operations at Olympic Dam, ensuring our mobile equipment remains safe, reliable, and operating at maximum availability.
What You’ll DoLead all site-based maintenance activities to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant fleet performance.
Manage maintenance teams, resources, and service contracts to meet project requirements.
Oversee daily operations, shutdown coordination, and long-term planning.
Drive cost control and manage monthly R&M spend in line with budget targets.
Liaise closely with clients and internal stakeholders to meet KPI and contractual obligations.
Champion Emeco’s safety culture and ensure compliance with all site and company standards.
Mentor, coach, and develop Supervisors and future leaders within the team.
Relevant trade qualification (nationally recognised)
Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or similar).
5+ years’ experience leading heavy equipment maintenance in mining or civil projects.
Strong working knowledge of Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Liebherr fleets.
Proven leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and capital programs.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
