We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a Heavy Diesel Mechanical background to join our team at Maules Creek Mine. With a 7:7 DIDO roster and competitive pay, this role offers the chance to lead from the front while enjoying equal time at work and home.

Key Responsibilities

·         Supervise daily mobile plant maintenance activities

·         Lead and mentor your team to deliver safe, efficient outcomes

·         Oversee breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance

·         Drive a strong safety-first culture across site operations

·         Work with clients and internal teams to meet site and company targets

·         Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are achieved on time and within budget

What You’ll Bring

·         Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in mining

·         Expertise in mobile equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs

·         Relevant Australian trade qualification

·         Solid understanding of maintenance systems and safety legislation

·         Strong leadership and mentoring skills

·         Current Australian driver’s licence and full working rights
