What you'll be doing 
  • Leading day-to-day maintenance on Emeco’s fleet of Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Komatsu machines
  • Supporting rental fleet servicing and breakdowns as needed
  • Maintaining safety and compliance to all HSE policies and site procedures
  • Working closely with site teams and stakeholders to deliver uptime targets and operational goals
  • Driving a strong team culture that values safety, reliability, and performance
What you bring to the team
  • Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter (Australian-recognised)
  • Proven post-trade experience with large-scale mining equipment
  • Leadership or supervisor experience on open cut mine sites
  • HR Driver’s Licence (preferred)
  • High-risk work licence (preferred – we also provide training!)
  • A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and the ability to lead from the front
Fleet you'll work on includes
