Leading Hand - Heavy Diesel Fitter

We're chasing a hands-on Leading Hand Heavy Diesel Fitter to join the Emeco team at Foxleigh Mine.
In this role, you'll lead and mentor a team of tradespeople while remaining actively involved in workshop and field maintenance. You'll coordinate daily crew activities, support breakdown response, and help keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently. Ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and getting on the tools.

What You’ll Bring
- Australian recognised trade qualification
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand or senior fitter role
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Experience across workshop and field maintenance
- Coal mining maintenance experience
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance
