We’re seeking experienced
Heavy Diesel Technicians with at least two years’ open-cut mining experience working on a range of mobile plant equipment. This is a great opportunity to join our Emeco team at the Mungari site, located just 20 minutes from Kalgoorlie.

What your day looks like:
- Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco’s heavy earthmoving fleet.
- Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required
- Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others.
- Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget.
- Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives.

What we'll need from you:
- Must have full working rights within Australia
- Proven post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi
- Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification
- High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
- Hold a current Australian Driver's License (HR is preferable)
- High risk licence (is preferable) but we also offer in-house training.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and provide a current National Police Check.
