Health, Safety and Training Advisor

An exciting opportunity is available for a Health, Safety and Training Advisor to join our new Burton Project. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and maintenance team, driving continuous improvement in health and safety performance and culture through proactive advice, coaching, and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Coach managers and support safety systems and processes.

·         Monitor, report, and track safety and training performance and compliance.

·         Lead investigations and manage corrective actions.

·         Conduct audits, inspections, and injury management.

·         Deliver and maintain training, assessments, and safety documentation.

·         Ensure safety and training standards are met across all teams.

Skills & Experience:

·         Tertiary qualification & strong experience in Health & Safety

·         Mining or similar industry background

·         Current Australian driver’s licence

·         Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
